What is the length of the necklaces?

Our necklaces are 16 inches with an option of adding a two inch extender chain to adjust the length. 

 

How big are your bracelets?  

Most of our bracelets come in a variety of sizes. You can select your desired size before adding your item to the cart. The design may vary from the photos depending on the size chosen.  If you are not sure of your size, use a string to measure your wrist and then lay it against a ruler to determine how many inches it is.  

All gold chain bracelets are 7 inches. Many can be adjusted to smaller sizes with the lobster clasp. If you need a bigger size, please use the contact page to email us. 

 

What materials is the jewelry made of?

Most of our jewelry is made from brass and then gold plated with 14K, 18K or 24K gold. Some of the items are gold filled. We also use pearls, cubic zirconia, crystal zircon, enamel, acrylic, clay and howlite. All materials are listed on the individual product pages. 
 

SHIPPING POLICY

When should I expect my order?

We process all orders within 3 business days. Orders are shipped from the Chicagoland area. Transit times depend on the shipping selected at checkout and your location. Expedited shipping is also available.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! For international orders, different rates and transit times apply. Both will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@shop-daisydesigns.com and we will take care of it right away.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my item?

We want you to be happy with your new jewelry! You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item. Simply email us at hello@shop-daisydesigns.com to start the return process.
